Available Services

Initial Consulting

This is an initial conversation to learn more about your agency and your goals for a UAS program.  The information gained here will determine what your program should look like and will be the roadmap for the development of your program.

This service is free.

Program Development

In this phase, we get into the details.  We’ll help you determine what regulatory framework you should operate under and what platforms/sensors should you be looking at.  We will also help you identify how many pilots and platforms you need and evaluate what impacts all of this will have on other departments in your agency, such as IT. Then, we will help you determine what training requirements will be necessary for your program to be successful and what policies and SOPs will need to be created.

Program Implementation

This is where the proverbial rubber meets the road.  We will assist you with all phases of implementation.  If you have chosen to operate under a Certificate of Authorization (COA), we will teach you how to walk through the process with the FAA. We have chosen this method so that when the COA needs to be renewed, you don’t have to pay us again to get the new COA.  If you have chosen to operate under Part 107, we will prepare your pilots for the FAA testing process and train them to operate your platforms.  Of course, we will also assist you in the creation of your policy and SOP’s.  At the end of this phase you will have a fully operational UAS program and will be prepared to maintain the program into the future.

The cost of this service varies depending on the type and complexity of the program that is implemented.

This course is designed to train new pilots in the operation of your platforms with the assumption that they will be operating under an FAA Certificate of Authorization.  The first two days are spent in the classroom and cover much of the material covered in the FAA Part 107 Certification Prep Course.  After receiving all the information your pilots need to operate safely in the National Airspace System, we spend 3 days in the crawl/walk/run format starting with basic nomenclature and ending with case use scenarios.

Basic Photogrammetry Course (3 Days) $750*
